Living looking into the death’s eyes

We socially are afraid of death, suffering, sadness. The little daily frustrations when things don't turn out as we would like, everything has an end. It is better to live our lives knowing that not always it turns out well and having our feet on the ground. It is a more calmed, regular and real life, as well as it makes you live more intensely. Claudio Calvo, palliative care doctor at Hospital San Juan de Dios de Pamplona: "The topic of death is a reminder that things get to an end". #365latidos

Questions to think about

  • How do you think we live frustration as a society?
  • How could we improve our capacity to be happy?
